Terms and Conditions

• Standard hire is for a maximum of six barrels, priced at £25 per barrel for weekend hire. 
• We hold limited stock so if more then 6 barrels are required please book in plenty of time.
• Standard hire period is Friday to Monday we may need to deliver/collect outside of these days depending on availability. 
• We will confirm your booking on receipt of the booking form at this point a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. If the event is within 4 weeks then full payment will be required.
• The balance of payment is due 4 weeks prior to the event.
• The following fees will be charged in the event of cancellation
• More than 6 weeks prior to event - 0%
• 4 to 6 weeks prior - 50%
• 2 to 4 weeks prior - 75%
• < 2 weeks - 100%
• A refundable security deposit of £275 per 6 barrels is required on or before delivery of the items.
• A replacement fee of £120 will be charged for any items not returned in a satisfactory condition. 
• Our barrels are standard 225L or 250L barrels. They are approximately 900mm high. Our wine barrels can have a diamter of up to 720mm.
